About us

Led by Carl Keegan an education consultant and Head of School with over 10 years of experience in teaching and leadership in primary schools across the UK, particularly inner London schools with high pupil premium and SEND.

My passion lies in supporting schools to enhance their strategies for Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. I have dedicated my career to working closely with diverse student populations, creating inclusive environments that foster emotional well-being alongside academic success. My specialism in SEMH equips me with the tools to help schools implement effective interventions tailored to the context of each school. I have supported over 30 schools to implement Inclusive strategies.

I had the honour of speaking at a Q&A session in Parliament for the charity ‘Tender’ for their 10-year strategy on improving healthy relationships, where I shared insights on the importance of SEMH in fostering positive relationships among young people. I have achieved a National Nurture Schools award for my provision along with an award for outstanding commitment to healthy relationships education.

Our Team

Our team is made up of school leaders who all have active roles in education, ensuring that our consultancy is up-to-date and realistic about what schools can implement within their capacity.

We understand the daily challenges of school life because we are immersed in the current educational landscape in schools throughout London. We provide tailored consultancy services, conduct engaging workshops, and offer guidance to school leaders on creating a culture of inclusivity and resilience.
